Requirements:

• A relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade bespoke transaction processing systems from inception.

• 10 years' experience in Oracle development technologies.

• 10 years' experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies.

• Preferably experience with Oracle APEX and EBS financials/COTS systems.

• Familiarity with various project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

• Previous leadership experience within the applications development area of a financial services organisation.

• Minimum 7 years' experience in people management, vendor/3rd party management, and technical leadership.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies would be advantageous.

• Ability to lead a team of software developers effectively and deliver robust software.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery.

• Passion for mentorship and developing talent.

• Excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
