Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in the full project lifecycle, from requirements elicitation to solution implementation.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

• Champion quality implementation and post-analysis measures.

• Drive metrics, monitoring, and reporting for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in critical thinking and analytical problem-solving.

• Strong conflict management, administration, and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile practices is a plus.
